Cleaning the windows of New York City’s tallest and most iconic buildings over the years has made us understand that there are 3 factors that work together to achieve great results: safety of our team, planning, and high-quality tools.
Safety First
Every project begins with safety. Our teams are trained in the latest fall protection methods and work with professional equipment designed for high-rise window cleaning.
The certifications our workers currently hold are:
- 32-Hour Suspended Scaffolding Card
- Aerial Lift Certified lift operators
- 62-Hour Site Safety Foreman
- 10-hour Site Safety cardholders combined with 30-HR OSHA
- Irata level 1,2 & 3
Earlier this year, our NYC crew completed their 2025 Rope Access Training. Watch the full training on YouTube to see them in action.
Planning
With an organized work plan, many setbacks can be avoided in the end. Depending on each project, our project managers adjust a general checklist they have to ensure the team, the tools, the building manager, and everything else needed are aligned.
Responsibilities and fieldwork are also delegated according to each worker’s experience.
However, not everything always goes as expected, and this is where our project managers demonstrate their skills and expertise in problem-solving and effective communication to provide quick solutions and try to avoid work delays.
Quality That Shines
We believe clean windows should make a building stand out. From start to finish, our goal is to deliver spotless results while protecting the property and maintaining a professional schedule. Clients know they can count on us for consistent quality, no matter how complex the project may be.
